Since all CPU's are different the only way to find out os to try :) keep an eye on temps and give it a try, the best way to burn in is to raise CV and run a default speeds running something like SETI, it takes different amounts of time for different CPU's so be patient. The best bet for how high of a CV to burn in is to not get crazy with CV and make sure you do not get it too hot and you'll do just fine.

A gig is possible but you need to take it slow. I have my celly 700@945 right now. It's at default voltage and the stock HSF has been lapped. I want to get a better HSF before I leave it at over 1gig, it's been there but I didn't like the heat.
First thing I did with it was to let it stress out 24/7 for almost a week before bumping up the FSB. I have never had to take it off default Vcore.
