More $$ but good quality and adjustable. I bought 2 of the 80mm and a 92mm and they even have a nice gold grill.

I just got 2 of those enermax 120's and they are nice and quite. I was a bit sceptical at first because of the low dba ratting but they are nice on the ears and I'm running 2 at full speed:D Got mine at frys for about the same price after shipping costs.
