1GB Single Channel PC2700 RAM

any idea on what would be the cheapest(in terms of price)?

i have 1x512MB Geil PC3500 CAS2 right now. Because of my setup, i cant even hit half of the maximum rated speed of this RAM.

i would prefer CAS 2 modules, but CAS 2.5 is ok too.

so far the lowest i found is a dual-channel kit from corsair on newegg, cas2.5 for $159.

btw: expect to see the geil stick up on ebay pretty soon.

hrm...I know that the Corsair XMS Extreme PC3200 matched pairs 2x512 is on sale at new egg for $225.00

ok, some additional info: the max memory frequency i can get in my setup is 208MHz

There was a post on Kingston Value Ram with BH5 in stores for not a lot of money. I don't remember the details, but I am sure a search will pull it up.
