Well, i couldn't get a hold of any BH-5 memory over here in Hong Kong, but i still need RAM. The only high performance ram brand here in HK is either Giel or Corsair.

This is what im going to be running the ram on, i prefer 1GB (2x 512MB):

Intel Pentium 2.4C (SP-94 cooled)
Asus P4C800E Deluxe
Antec 480W TruePower Euro Edition
In a Thermaltake Xaser III, lightly modded with all the replaceable fans (everything cept front 2) replaced with high CFM 80mms (including 2 deltas on the side door)

Im seriously confused now, i had my mind set on BH-5 memory, but they're unavailable anywhere now and so is BH-6. Anyone wanna make a reccomendation? Thanks.

Here's what Corsair has to offer in Hong Kong:

Note- 1 US dollar = 7.8 Hong Kong dollars (pegged)

Corsair XMS4000 Pro seems to be catching my eye. Is it any good compared to the rest here? The timings seem to be awfully loose though. Anyone had any experiances they would like to share about this memory?

hey nova,

there has been quite a few posts on all of this :-)

Simply put, when you have an excellent overclocking 2.4c, that you can run at 280'ish FSB, you're going to want to get some PC4400 to run that at 1:1....timings don't become a huge factor when you're running that high.
