Anyone runs A-Data PC3200 (ADD8608A8A-5B chips)

Is it a good OCer mem for nforce2 mobos?

Thanks.

depends by the number written on the second row of the chip

if begin with 2 you can do arund 230mhz 2-3-3-7 at 2.9v, luckyer chips can do 230mhz 2-2-3-7 at 2.9v

if begin with 4 you can do arund 240-250mhz 2.5-2-2-7 at 3-3.1v, so probably better chips, probably winbond

if in the second row is written the code ADD8608A8A-5B and not a 5 number code and there is a 3rd number that begin with H it's with Hynix chips, don't know if 5ns or 4.3ns, but it's howether good ram for 2-3-3-7 timings

this is all ;)

Drop the multi down to 5, max your vdimm, and test. That should give you your memory's limit.

i know my cpus max at 1.8V thats 2.48ghz im at 227fsb now and 3.0V on mem i dropped it down from 3.1V

EDIT: Im using a DFi board at the min not my NF7-S
