i just got my new ti4800, opened it up, THE CARD IS BENT AND DONT WORK HELP

i just got my brand new ti4800, opened it up and the cards bent i thought "omfg" i installed it anyway to see if it made a difference and it does. the card is shagged, wen windows is loading there all thsi weird fuzzy stuff and blobs of colour and wen windows loads the pc restarts. ill let the picture say the rest, but i dont know if ive still got the manufacturers warranty coz i brought it off ebay but it came in original packaging brand new, any ideas any1 (this is bad i no) :( "weep" "weep" http://www.geocities.com/jmsam1234/ti4800.html?1077547638390

it came iut its original packaging BRAND NEW so it think its a manufacturesers fauly but i dont think i can get a refund off them coz i was the oringinal purchaser and the seller aint gonna give a refund coz wen it left him it was brand new in original packaging

I don't think that's manufacturing, unless QC has competley flown out the window...I'm guessing that's shipping damage...

Well then it came w/ a waranty, right? Foloow the directions on the warranty, or call the sellor and just send it back...

I'd probably send it back to the guy I bought it from, and buy one that worked...but if you're patient, and want to follow the warranty route, that may well work too

sent it to the origonial buyer and then get him to send it in for a refund then send it back to you.
i mean u have to pay some$ in shipping but ull at least have a new card that works.
i would let ebay them selfs know about the buyer you bought it from if they dont quaperate tell ebay and just exadurate a bit so he will help you get this right or he might not be alowed to be on there site
he should coparate with you though (he probibly doesnt want his credability to go down the drane
