LOL i play CS 24/7 www.capcstrike.com i am the national security Cpt,we are in CAL

anyway CS is old and lol dont need much to run www.fileplanet.com has unreal2004 demo dl that and compare the speeds.also chuck a few smoke grenades around and see which one lags more, net_graph 3 and developer 1 do on both..

when u are done testing take developer 1 off because it makes game run slower
