I ordered about $30 worth of cabling, sleeving, and probably something else from SVC, and instead got someone else's order with tons of heatsinks and & 2400+ or some AMD chip thing. I emailed them about this, but they haven't responded. I'm wondering if they screwed up everyone's order last week and have their hands full.
Anyone order from them in the past two weeks?
well i also ordered some rounded cables, sleeving and some fans from svc last week. im expecting it to come in tomorrow so we'll see.

I think I ordered some as5 from them, if thats the same place im thinking of... came in on time no problems...

That's probably them. They have good deals on AS5, with free shipping. Wonder why they won't talk to me.

I had ordered a fair amount of merchandise from them this past Sunday, I had not heard from them in any capacity since that point, so I called them up last night, the response I got back was that they had been 'overloaded' with orders in the past week or so, and that they were struggling to catch up with the backlog...:confused:
Card hasn't been charged yet, so I'll give it til early next week, but if I still haven't heard anything by that point, I believe it's time to cancel. :rolleyes:

I used to order from them regularly without problems, however the last 3 times they screwed up, tried to charge my paypal 10 times when I had more than enough and then denying the sale after that, missing stuff in my order and taking 3 weeks to credit my account after I cancelled the sale by phone and being assured that it got done:mad: I will pay extra elsewhere next time.

I ordered a Sunbeam Rheobus from them last week under will call... no confirmation and no charge to the CC yet. Backlogged sounds right. I haven't had a problem ordering from them in the past.

An update...
It appears I finally got a confirmation email with a tracking # last night, (UPS Ground) it ought to be here mid/late next week, I'll see if the package is correct/missing anything or not then.
No charge on the CC yet, but it was done on a Friday, might not show til Monday/Tuesday I suppose.

I am not sure on that as Svc as memory serves me didn't require it or I left it blank and it was approved anyway.

Update #2:
Got the package today, order was complete, no missing/wrong merchandise.
It would have been nice to recieve some variety of notification that the order was going to be delayed, instead of needing to call it in after ordering.
Unsure about ordering from there again, to be honest...Be they rapidly expanding or not, other e-tailers have done better, is all.

Sent more emails to their RMA and Service deptartments, still no one has contacted me back.
Anyone know if an 2600+ tbred b is a good chip?

I have had problems the last two times I've ordered from SVC. Cancelled the order the first time, and I'm getting ready to cancel this one as well. They never send you any e-mail or contact you in any way if something is wrong with your order. I did get an e-mail back when I contacted them today, however. In my book, not contacting you if there is a problem with your order in a big no-no. I've been waiting over a week for an order that hasn't left the warehouse yet due to a little problem that could have been addressed a week ago if I'd known about it.
