If bh5 did faster and tighter timings then bh6 or ch5, then why did winbond stop making them?

Why did they stop making bh5

I have 3 symbols that explain it all:

bh5 is a larger process, ch5 is smaller and just like cpu's a die shrink usually results in faster clockspeed. however ch5 so far hasn't shown much improvement if any. things are starting to look better but it has a long way to go to be a desired ram module.
ch5 is also quite a bit cheaper to produce than bh5.
