Why did they stop making bh5

bh5 is a larger process, ch5 is smaller and just like cpu's a die shrink usually results in faster clockspeed. however ch5 so far hasn't shown much improvement if any. things are starting to look better but it has a long way to go to be a desired ram module.

ch5 is also quite a bit cheaper to produce than bh5.
 
bh6 is no longer in production.. by about a year! ;)

all the bhX ram is the same size process. i believe b is .15 microns and c is .13 microns.
