I was so close to getting this dumb celemine 700 to 1050 (100fsb). I wouldn't boot at 1.7 volt default setting so I upped. Once it got to 1.9 volts the windows loading screen appeared, but it locked. So I thought I'd take it to 1.95, but no higher. I was sure 1.95 would get it to boot. Well I get into the bios, but my stupid BH6 rev 1.1 only goes to 1.9 max with this cpu! NOOOOOOOOO!!!!! Well, it looks like i'm stuck at a lowly 66mhz fsb. :(

What do you have for cooling?
Maybe if you increase your cooling abilitys you could hit your goal.

Im not familiar with your board, but maybe there is a voltage trick you do.

i don't think it is cooling i did some case cutting last week and stuck two good size fans in there it runs pretty cool plus i have the air conditioning on so i don't think that is a problem....

I think I have the solution for your problem, if you think you can do it:

I hope I could help you!

i don't know about that... that requires a little bit of stuff i rather not do

Has some kind of program that might work for you.
I dont know anything about it myself thou.

What hsf are you using and you should burn the chip in at 1.9 v running a CPU intensive program such as F@H. Then try to bump it 1050, it probably will work. But just because you have big case fans doesn't mean you are going higher. You need a good hsf.

You can very easily increase your voltage options on that board by utilizing the re-flash trick. In your bios set the voltage to its max. Boot using the floppy you've prepared. At the A: prompt type awdflash BHxx.bin /sn/cc When the flash is complete exit using F10. Now re-boot using re-set, enter bios and set everything up. You'll have voltage up to 2.1 or so. If for some ungodly reason you want more, then simply repeat this process. Just be sure you never increase voltage without taking the needed cooling into consideration :)
