overclocking my dell dimension L400C

I'm trying to overclock my computer, i don't know how to! I looked everywhere on the motherboard, took the whole thing apart-no jumper switches or anything. My BIOS has no option to change the speed. How do I do this? I know its possible- the person at Dell told me it is possible but they are not allowed to tell me!

dell removes all oc'ing features from their boards. If you can find a copy of SoftFSB you might have a chance.
