I have corsair xms 3200 256 ddr.what I should do it best?(timingz, fsb)Which fsb speed can I reach?which fsb speed and timings you who has that ram reach at the most?goodbye

It depends on the revision that you got. If it's a v1.1, it will be made with Winbond BH6 chips that can do speeds in excess of 250MHz with tight timings (I think an Xtreme member hit 277MHz). Any other revision and you'll be lucky to do 220MHz with decent timings. I'd test the stick at stock settings first then gradually increase the FSB if it runs stock speed without errors. Additionally, your motherboard will limit your FSB to 230MHz or so...only the DFI boards can do 250MHz with any consistency.
