I got the score in 3dmark03

P4 nortwood @ 2900 (original 2,8) Could go as high as 3,3 but my sound dies then.
Radeon 9800pro @ 421/350 with the vga silencer.
2*1024 PC2700

The latest Omega drivers.

I thought i could reach 6k, And probably could, because the memory on the 9800 still got more to give, but I dont want to kill the card.

what mobo are you using???
do you have AGP lock??? try that to keep your sound working.

you have alot of room left in that card, if you can get that CPU to run faster....you'll reach that goal.

I got 5998 with my 5900se and my current rig. But i think i had it at 2.37ghz (11x215) and the vid was like.. 475/790

and since cpu and fsb doesnt really matter... that is scary... 5900se at 9800pro scores... eehh...

6300 on a 5900 nu w/ 5950 flash. Planning to break 7,000 with decent cooling.

I'd say you can probably push that 9800 pro farther. Keep in mind that for many people, 3DMark scores are NOT at stable speeds. Macci recently broke 10,000, and a few runs before breaking it, actually blew a part off of his 9800 XT  .

I havent even pushed my card yet...wont until I get good cooling...still running stock cooling with no ram sinks...

And yes I know all about Macci...have been follow him and OPP for a few years now ;)...
