I just got my P3 450 @ 600 again with 2.3v 3.6VIO. In 3dmark2001 i got a score of 1288, with VooDoo3 at defualt no tweaks in WIN ME. Windows ME is so much faster than 98/98SE. My Celeron II 600 @ 1GHZ got a 3dmark2001 score of 1549. I am 400mhz away and still so close.

I have had this chip @ 617.....anyone have any ideas about how i should get it higher before i get my Celeron II 800?

I don't like the temps one bit, but it works sooo.....25C idle........47-48c Full Load. Standard heatsink, 1 80mm delta @ 29V.

This is awesome....I finally am able to change my cache latency. I got it from 8 to 3 stably, it won't goto 2. Running @ 600 2.3v 3.5VIO right now....runs flawlessly. In 3dmark2001 i even beat some PIII's @ 732+. My highest score sooo far, no tweaks was 1288 (VooDoo3)

WTG Carmine! Ordered the 800 yet? I'm waiting on my P3 700. Hasn't shipped yet. I told the guy I don't mind waiting, just make sure I get a good chip!

Nah, didn't order it yet....still deciding what to get....i might get a 750 instead, check out that post about 1 @ 1gig 1.8v! Amazing....I think the Celeron could pull off something like that, i just don't want to get burned like i did with my Celeron II 700. I need about 20 more dollars, and i got the chip in my lap.
Then all i need is a slotkey and i am good. (another 20 dollars for a MSI 6905 MASTER slotkey)

I just had the chip @ 620 3.8 VIO and it runs fine, just can't do 3d because my VooDoo3 isn;t liking the high VIO.
