Whats going on here guys. Im running on a BE6-2 with 256 now, I took out my other 256mb stick. Its a Micron 256mb PC-133 and I've got it set to Cas-2 in the bios, but Im getting 190/211 Sandra Memory bench. Something is wrong.

Same thing happened to me after i took 64mb out (i had 192) and my score lowered by about 100 on either side. Don't worry about it, SiSandra selects a certain amount of memory used for the test, and when you change your amount of memory it gets confused.

You may want to check your in line queue depth in your bios, it's under the soft menu. if you have it set to 8 your memory scores will SUCK, if it is at one your scores will improve alot.

Actually i am pretty sure it is the other way around....if you have it at 8 your scores should be good, if you have it at 1 they should not be good. I didn't even think about that.....nice observation!

now, let me ask you, how stable is the system at those settings?
I have a BE6 II v2 and with my p3 700 at 933 and inline queue depth set to 8 it is quite the unstable system, however set to 1 it's stable as a rock. I do notice that my voltages vary in mbm 4 by .05 volts even when not under any load, and this is even with the cpu set to 2.0 volts, however it runs great on my bh6 (where it lives currently) which has a unchangable setting of 8 at 1.9 volts.
could it possibly be my abit slocket III?
