its a super expensive CPU made by intel usually used in servers and the likes.. it performs well and has a massive cache

COrrect and wrong.

Xeon processors were designed and build for server. Specifically multi CPU servers or SMP as it is better known. So it clock rates are relatively low 700-800 Mhz and will be outperformed by a normal PIII 933 on w2k professional. Load it up with multple threads and tasks and it runs sweet as a server processor should. So it works well with multiple tasks and threads. But bang for the buck for a PC it sucks. I have only seen ones with slot configs as well.

So correct not good for home pc. Wrong it is great for multi tasking and threading.

hmm.....multi threading yes.......multi tasking no. We'll have to agree to disagree on this one. Unless you can show me different.
