Welcome to the forums!

I'd suggest you read a LOT around here before trying it.....there's tons of good information round these forums. Also take a look over in the beginners guides on the main page.

http://www.overclockers.com

Also make sure you have the latest bios. I believe I've seen a few say they've gained a few settings in the bios with the newest flash.

Hope this helps.

Ya thats kinda high.
What do you have for cooling?

Is it real hot where you are?I had to shut down my computer for the day hours due to the cpu getting as hot as yours

First CPU is definatly the important one, and second those temps are too high you really should clock it back down until you get a better heatsinkfan for your CPU or atleast lapp it and use a good thermal compound that will help out quite a bit but you would be better of getting a good HSF combo [stay away from orbs] the cooler the CPU the better. second if your ambient temps are 23C and your system is at 34C then you need better case cooling a fan in front blowing cool air ion and one fan in back pulling hot air out should help fans are only ten bucks a piece so the cost is not that much, for now you may need to pull your side case cover off and run that way until you get your temps down and if that does not work please clock it back down for your own sake as more then likely those temps [your CPU] are at idle which means they may be getting higher when gaming are running your PC with things that really use up CPU power.

goodluck

On the p3v4x, you have to first change the voltage, reboot past the system inventory screen, then you can change the fsb.
