IS7 and prescott, will system start with original bios??

Hi!

I have understood from other treads that the ABit IS7 mb supports Prescott CPU's.

However, I wonder if a bios flash is necessary before installing the Prescott, using another cpu??

- Ie., will system be able to start and at least boot into dos using original bios with a Prescott??
