New/Old Chipset drivers?

Just recently reformatted my HDD an installed the Intel chipset drivers from the website for my P4P800s(848P chipset). Now I have returned that board and put in a P4P800(865PE chipset), so can I just install the 865pe drivers or will there be a conflict?

Intel chipset drivers cover a range of chipsets, so the same package that you installed on the 848P will work for the 865PE also. However, I recommend getting your drivers from Intel and not Asus, but only because Asus takes forever to adopt the most recent versions.
