if you told us some more of your symptoms we may be able to help but for now theres not enough info to answer correctly. There is a chance you have maxed your CPU out.
just thought of this it never hurts to get your CPU cooler ditch the orb and get a better HSF overclocked PC's can get tempermental about temps some cant take 37C when your trying to push the limits.
good luck
While I have a 750 that does the gig+, I do not know about your motherboard. It also may be significant to know what the stepping is on your processor, ... is it cC0 or cB0 or something else, and how long you have run it.
The primary question is about the available fsb speeds. If you have a lot between 120 (the fsb you are currently using) and 133, then you can probably move closer to your goal.
The second issue is available vcore voltages. Do not change voltage until a given fsb proves unstable. I measure stability with Prime95 because it is so demanding. Keep a close eye on the load temperature of your cpu. Above 37 C is likely to affect stability. When you up the voltage, only go in the smallest possible steps and try to avoid high volatges such as 2.0+.
With your motherboard you may be able to adjust the IO voltage. That may help if you are experiencing memory problems. I believe I read that moving above 3.5 v is risky, but I really have not studied this since my board does not permit such adjustment.
Others can give you better advice, but this much I feel pretty safe suggesting. Just take your time and go slow. You have already shown that your setup can go 900, so a bit more is quite possible.
I strongly recommend a sensitive tool like Prime95. Just because Windows comes up and a few games seem to start okay does not mean the computer is going to run reliably at the speed used. Running a program like Prime95 for a few hours, if you can get that far, is good evidence that the cpu/memory setup is good, so if other problem surface you can look for other possible difficulties. I doubt you will have video issues with that GeForce MX, by the way. Good card.
Good luck!!!

thx for the reply guys, My p3 stepping is cCo, and i run it for a month till now
(750@900), but still i cant get 133:133:33 fsb or 1000+mhz =(
There is plenty of room between 900 and 1000. Do you not have fsb choices more than 120 and less than 133? The closer you get to 133, the better the pci speed, even if you don't go all the way to 133.
Perhaps some others here have clocked you motherboard.
Guys??
