Help a noob, 9800 np or 9800 pro?

hello, what is the better overclocker 9800 np or 9800 pro? From what I have read, the 9800np can be flashed into a 9800 pro? So it would perform the same? better? Any thoughts?

the 9800np's and pros are about the same price, and plus, the 9800p has better ram, so the pro is the better choice

and when you get a np you have a less then 50 50 chance that it will go pro with a bios flash!!!!

so get the pro, but hell I would wait 2 months till ati releases its new card or maybe 4 months even. cause prices will drop

Why play the waiting game? A 9800P will be should be able to handle anything until PCI-Xpress phases out all AGP cards.

if you can find a 9800np with (g2ca) on the ram get it its the same as the pro and should be a little cheaper...thats what we have and yield some really sick scores in our benches..
