ok, im new at this what are some recomended starting points??
turn down multiplier turn up mhz?
do i need to mess with vcore and at what point?
why did i reinstall windows and now reads 2.1xxx but still is running like ****e.

amd2700+ (reading at 2100+ ) if not it shuts of
768 ish pc2700 1 512 1 256
radeon9700 pro

you ram looks good , good video card

Have you tried clearing Cmos to get it back to a 2700 ?
