I am selling this card on eBay, but since no one has bid yet (accidently set it up for 7 not 5 day cycle) I figured I would post here in case anyone was interested. I have modified the bios to hard oc the card at 310/600 and it was running smoothly after much tweaking of my old ME system. Had absolutely NO issues with the card once I upgraded to XP.

All sales and trades must be posted in the classifieds section

Not here!

Np, i goofed and tried to trade something the other day but was reminded not to do it here.

Its a good thing tho if we keep our forums organized!
That way its easier to get help

However as stated above, I am not ALLOWED to post in the classified section because i havent made 100 posts. 100 posts seems excessive and I am unclear why this is the apparent rule. I was just trying to give someone the opportunity to buy a cool card at a low price. So much for trying to be friendly.

Here is the answer to ur question.

10. Overclockers Forums assumes no responsibility for any bad deals. Buy/trade/sell at your own risk!!!! Access to the Classifieds section is restricted to members with over 100 posts for security reasons.

Security reasons are reasonable enough for me.

I would assume 100 posts are required to curb the sale of stolen merchandise.
Btw, how do you know when you've reached 100 posts?
I've been trying to view the classifieds for months.

I am not trying to be argumentative, however, 100 posts still seams excessive. Personally, I don't see much of a correlllation betweeen the number of posts and security. Not that I am trying to tell you how to run your forumns. I enjoy the service and advice provided herein and will continue to view and post here. I just feel that the post requirement is unecessarily restrictive.

Either way, thanks for the explanation.

A theif would not go trough the trouble of making 100 posts before trying to make a quick buck.

the stars are significant as to the number of total posts you have made.. also can be a sign if you are a moderator or admin....

Not only the number of posts but the color of the stars have different meanings and ranks.

100 posts usually gives us a sense of what kind of person you are and the quality of posting gives insight into your character. I would rather get to know you first before trading blindly.

Check the pofile button below to see post #'s.

(BTW: Good Card! My roomie bought the same one recently for full price:eek: )

Errrmmm...anyway? Nice card dude. Very very very good price! I mean just 2 of the games would make up for the price you put on it!
