Assuming your old Dell is behind the router and can connect to the internet...
Set a static IP on the Dell, then have the linksys forward port traffic to the Dell.
You will need to go into the linksys admin tool, and set the port your game uses in the "Port Forwarding" tab (or similar), and tell it to go to the IP address of the Dell box.
You'll need search on what port(s) are used for the game you want to serve. Or there should be an FAQ with the server software you are installing with this information.

The gateway should be the IP of your router, and that should be 192.168.1.1
