Weird windows messenger issues

Windows messenger has been really flakey lately, and now it stopped working altogether. It give me this error screen and it dosent allow me to log on. The wierd thing is that if i log on to windows with another user it works just fine.

Any one have any suggestion (yes i checked username and pass)
