Seems like the Sunday circulars are your best bet. I got a great deal at officemax--80gb WDSE for $20 out the door. But that's a big YMMV. Do a thread search for details.

Seems to me that the best thing to do is watch the circulars, then camp out about an hour before a store opens to ensure that you're the first in line to get a drive.
