i have a "Video Clip" that i would like to encode onto DVD...

when i try to do this with Roxio's DVD builder it says that the DVD is 4.701gb and that is 0.001gb's too big (and that's after i have removed all the intro stuff that Roxio puts on the DVD's created)

I have tried to "trim it on the left", but the button doesn't allow me to click it...thus i can't trim it...

any ideas?

Download virtual dub. It will let you do pretty much anything you can possible imagine to the video.

great!!!

thanks...i cut out some parts and i am saving it now...

it takes about an hour to do a 2 hour movie i guess?...because it needs to be re-encoded?

thanks again!

If you do not wish to reencode, under the video menu, you can select "direct stream copy" then it will only take about a minute.
