I dunno, but i plan on finding out REAL soon.
I dont see why you cant. It may be limited though. I have a PIII xeon 700 1mb that I plan on trying. Whatever you do, keep it cool.

from what ive heard the normal operating temp of a xeon is 73C OUCH!

Your problem is going to be finding a motherboard that will let you O/C. I have never heard of one, but I was only looking into it for 6 months!

I believe that Abit has a Xeon board. And I have yet to find an Abit board that ISN'T overclockable....

its a long shot but....
i have some friends who are IT managers at Musicmatch INC (www.musicmatch.com) who are responsible for a Xeon or two, maybe they might know something?
