AS long as you have the 12volt plug in [i think they call it a molex connection] on your wire harness then you will not need a better [PSU] power supply unit. You should not have to replace your case, out of curiousity what size PSU do you have? i think 250W would be the lowest i would go and a 300W would be better but if your having no problems then adding a fan should not drag anything down.
