i have a ASUS 3 PB-F and a golden orb of the cpu.can i switch the fsb @100 MHz .What core i must switch ?

well first off, you got a damn good 700, and if its running stable, then i suggest leave it

...and I would get better cooling before trying anything further. You are lucky to get that far with a Gorb.
Have you actually set a 100mhz fsb and gotten it working? if so check it is stable with prime95 from here (ftp://mersenne.org/gimps/prime95.zip)
unzip it, run prime95.exe and cancel the registration screen, then go to options and select torture test.
If it can't pass that then maybe extra voltage would help, with no case cooling and the standard intel cooler don't go above 1.8v, with a case fan or 2 1.85v is ok, if you have a good cooler and some case fans then just stay below 2v, keep the cpu temp below 45oC, preferably below 40oC and it is best below 35oC
