i would like to turn my intel chip(mother board) up but i can't find out where or how can some one please tell me?

Intel motherboards are not overclocker friendly.
You might be able to use soft fsb to overclock it.

What system spec have you got. Most importantly the CPU and motherboard. Once we have this info we can go from there.
