SilentPCReview's review of the Seasonic (http://www.silentpcreview.com/article97-page1.html) super silencer 400W psu sure looks good. It's got 22 amps on the 12V rail and is super quiet. Voltage regulation was very tight.
My Fortron FSP 350W is working great, but if I needed a psu I'd get the Seasonic because of its beefier 12V rail.
