WTF!? I just reinstalled VC after a fresh install of Server2003enterprise and this is the message that I get. I get can't play hitman 2. It gives me a "D3D: Unable to create device. Try changing res or color depth."

im not sure why it would crash, but you might want to try using(if available) normal Windows XP Home or Professional as thats what most games are developed for. Server software is not really meant for gaming.

Have you enabled 3D Acceleration in Win2k3 yet? You have to do that before you can play games w/ it.
