Alright, I posted here about my P3-750E running at 1.85V at 1050Mhz right.
Well for the past weekI've had it in another board running at default. Now I put it back into my Abit BE6-2 and it don't run at 1050mhz no more. It won't even load windows. It dosn;t give me any errors, just sits there.
Now, everything is the same, BUT I think I stuck in a SB-Live, and also a different NIC. EXACT same NIC as before, but different name brand on it.
One Important thing. I had to clear the cmos on my board. So all my settings went to default I assume.
Whats going on? Could it be a setting in my bios that Im forgetting to change, after I set had reset the cmos?

To be kind of obvious, I would say that you need to remove any different cards (the nic and the SBLive) and restore the bios to the settings that worked before. If you get your oc back to its previous speed, then try adding the cards.

I doubt that it is gone for good. You are just missing some small thing I would guess.

What was brand/model was the other motherboard?

If you tweaked your memory settings at some point, then perhaps restoring the bios settings killed these and other settings.

Well, I got it going again @1Ghz. 1050Mhz is not stable really at 1.85V. Since its a cB0 and its default voltage is 1.65v, Im not really willing yet, to take it more than that.
I have 512mb Ram PC-133, 2 sticks. One is Micron the other is Azen.
Having the Azen stick in there is whats preventing me from running my 512mb ram at Cas-2. So if I want Cas-2 I gotta take out the Azen stick. Kinda a pain. Right now I've got it at Cas-3 running the 750@1000Mhz.

You know something funny. When I go into SiSoft sandra, under the CPU info, it says the rated speed of my chip is 1000/133. Its funny.
Prosessor=750mhz Pentium-3
Rated speed=1000/133.

Intels great. I think I might take out the Azen stick, as my mem scores can get up to 445/490 when running at 140/Cas-2. That also running the chip at 1050. Maybe after some burn in, she'll do 1.1Ghz.
Thx for your help guys.

A gig is good!

I'm glad you got it back. Unless you are running software that demands all the memory, I think I'd go for the cas2 to smooth game play. May not be a significant differnce with your software, of course.
