Intel PII-400GT - Laptop OC-able?

Intel 82443BX/ZX 440BX/ZX PCI-Host Bridge (AGP Enabled)

is it OC-able anyone?

I don't recommend Oc'ing laptops. They already run too hot. You run to high of a risk of destroying it, and it's just not worth it.

Ditto, and you won't get much higher without having to increase the voltage (which I will almost guarantee Dell's motherboard/bios will not allow you to do).
