Hdtv 9600xt

Alright about 1 1/2 ago I had made the mistake of hooking my PS2 to my 42" projector screen HDTV and screwed the TV up don't ask me how it did it but it did and afterwards I read that you shouldn't do it lesson learned well anyway I was thinking of using the S- video out on my sapphire radean 9600XT 256mb. Any advise I don't feel like having a repair person come and fix the thing again. Thanks
