How do I uninstall Outlook, its not in add/remove?

I wanna use thunderbird instead, however I'm trying to keep my office so far, is there a program that will uninstall it for me?

its in the "add/remove windows components" menu in the uninstall panel.

You want to uninstall Microsoft outlook, or outlook express?
If it is Outlook, just run the setup for Office again and remove Outlook. (select outlook as unavailable, and it will remove it)
for outlook express, Add-remove programs, and select add/remove windows components. it will be in the list to remove.

I think you need xp sp1 installed in order to unistall outlook express, from control panel/add remove blah blah
