no, that psu from svc looks really cheap and i bet its somewhere around deer power supply quality, i would recommend a fortron 250w unit, ill bet it would run a lot smoother than that unit u linked to, just my 2 cents
this one made by sparkle/fortron would really run that system perfectly fine http://www.newegg.com/app/ViewProductDesc.asp?description=17-103-911&catalog=58&manufactory=BROWSE&depa=0

I have a 400w raidmax in my daughters rig and it has worked fine for over a yr. You wont be OCing with this PSU but since its your folks computer I don't think thats an option. Unless of course you don't tell them:D
Its a lightweight PSU that will power low end rigs fine. Although I reccomend you buy from Newegg because of thier better customer service. Just in case.
---Edit--- Newegg does'nt carry raidmax psu's anymore.

my fsp300 series is serving me well. about 30 bucks shipped from newegg. nice and quiet with that 120mm fan. y dont u check into that. a power supply is a bad place to skimp on cash.
Yeah I really like the 300watt Fortrons with the single 120m/m fan...I get them here in Houston for 30.00 dollars...Nice power supply...Super quiet...I put them in most of the commercial box's I build.
