Well do you have a stock heatsink?
If so you might want to change it to something better before overclocking it.
But if you want to go ahead go into bios and rase the FSB by one notch (better make sure the chip dosen't over heat) Might want something that will monitor you CPU temps their are lots of programs that do it based on your Motherboard
After you raise you FSB then benchmark the system for awhile to make sure it is going to be stable
SiSoft works rather well on a hell test you can get it from Cnet.com

I'll bet you $10 that he can't change the FSB in the bios. Maybe there are some jumper settings, if he is lucky.
What kind of motherboard are we talking about here?

Well if you can't change the FSB via jumpers or bios go get an Abit there very nice boards I use to have one..Till it got fried and the comp store I go to put in a Tekram I hate this board I hate jumpers.

You'll have change some jumpers, and 133 should be your max (right now you're probably running 2.0x multiplier at 50mhz FSB or 1.5 multiplier at 66mhz FSB -- you'll have to change the FSB or multiplier in order to get the most from it).
