Whats the MAX voltage I can safely give my cB0 P3-750E ??
See, its 100% at 1.0GHz @1.85V.
She will do 1050MHz but needs 1.90 to be totally stable, and I know almost fpr sure she'll do 1.1 if I give her 2.0.
BTW, I've got a Alpha PEP/66 for cooling, with 4 case fans.
Shes also on an Abit BE6-2.

Well its kind of a tricky question as all CPU's can fry at different CV, i think a good [general] guide line is at 2v it starts getting risky under and your OK over and your starting to take chances i'm running mine at 2.05 but i would not recommend it as if your CPU fried i would not want to be the one who said hey go for it. OH and my statement is assuming that your temps are all fine if your CPU starts getting to hot it is much easier to make toast.
goodluck
Daver,
I hope you are successful upping the speed, but my 750 never responded to higher voltages very well.
It runs reliably at 1000 and will even manage 1035 if I keep it cool. This is with 1.85v or even less. But increase the voltage and it becomes unstable (I can take it as high as 2.1 v). Really chill it down and you can go up to 1073 in windows but Prime95 gives an error almost immediately. At the extreme of cooling, for me (USA - south), which is about 20 C, I can still only get registry errors at 1110. No voltage setting helps. I'll continue to give it a try every now and then, ... especially when summer passes by.
I just keep reminding myself that this is still a good oc at 1000. There are always folks, many more experienced and knowledgeable than me, who are having bad experiences at much lower speeds than we enjoy.
