that's a bit high.....especially if you don't have much better than standard cooling.

As a personal rule I wont increase the voltage more that .3v over spec. So if I had the chip 1.9v would be the higest

I would check the CPU database and see what other guys are runing with your CPU if there are allot of entry's with 2 for CV then you may be fine but as Shadow said you had better have some decent cooling.
1.95 is the highest I would burnin the chip, but wouldn't recommend running it higher than 1.90 as already said.
Cooling's the key, the colder you keep the core the less risk you run in overheating or damaging it with extra voltage.

I have run my 700 up ti 2.25v, no problem, i'm currently running it at 2.05v and have done so for 6 month or so...

GW FOP38, idle about 26-30 degrees celsius, fulload 35-38 degrees...not so bad...
