I have just got an FX5600 XT with 256mb ram... how fast have you all gone overclocking one?

My PC spec is
Athlon 1800+ not oc'd (soon to be though)
512mb 266mhz DDR ram

I've gotten 330/530 with my 64 bit memory version (128mb). It's crappy, but you get what you pay for. I run 300/500 mostly though...
