Im getting a bunch of stuff from them and I think i need a new psu. My comp keeps just restarting randomly, and a few times ive made the mistake of shorting it out when barewiring a fan. And that ones not too expensive.

I think your right about the PSU causing those issues, fortron makes an amazing Power supply in my opinion, but you may want to go with a little higher wattage depending on what parts you're using for your computer.

I'd go w/ a higher wattage. Something in the neibourhood of 400+ watts. That'll give you a bit of room to grow, too.

K,
Well i have 2 Optical Drives, 3 case fans and going to buy one more, CPU fan, and one fan on a mobo header and of course my HD.
Im trying to get the best i can for the least ammount of cash.
Can you look through there and see whats the best? http://www.directron.com/standardatx.html, Im getting a bunch of stuff from them, and i dont want to pay shipping from 2-3 different places.

Brian reviewed this (http://www.directron.com/directron/sf450ts14.html) one's little brother, the 350ss model on the front page. He said it performed very well, so I would expect equal performance from this one. And for $65USD, it's reasonably priced.

This (http://www.directron.com/directron/sl450.html) Antec model looks like a good bet, and it's only $62USD

I use one similar to this (http://www.directron.com/directron/eg465pve.html) model myself. Very good power supply, imo.

Absolutely great deal! This was the model Tom's rated at 450 watts. My rails are steady and sitting at:
+12: 11.64
+5: 5.13
+3.3: 3.38
-12: -12.53
-5: -5.15

I think this is a great PSU that'll last me through this system unless I decide I want to do a RAID setup with some Raptors.

EDIT: Avoid the Antec SmartPower series, they use sub-optimum parts.
