I got a 1ghz cD0 cpu friday.
So far it overclocks very well.
1.2ghz at 1.75v 160fsb.
I am getting 96f under load and 78f motherboard temps.
It might go higher but I am going to run it at 1.2 for awhile before I try.

Sweetness......Sound like another sweet steeping. Bet it will make it farther since your using default voltage. Wonder how the new cD0 Celerons overclock.
What Mobo are you running it on?

Where did you get the cdo from? I wanna get one for my BE6-II, I was wondering what would be my main bottleneck at 160 fsb, I think it would be my AGP first, since I have a V770 TNT2, I will have some tonicom 166 ram so that should be fine!, what do you think???? Tell me how much and where to find the cdo...!!

Yes if you use a bx board 160fsb would be pushing the agp bus pretty far out of spec.
I bought mine off eBay.
www.compuwiz-tech.com &
www.atacom.com sells them if you want retail.

what is a good mobo for me to have then with a cDo 1 ghz P3?? I have the be6-II right now, but the agp bus speed will be a problem at 160+ fsb

Well I personally would pick a board that supports tualatin cpus incase you want to upgrade later.
The abit st6r, gigabyte ga-60xet or asus tusl2 are all good boards but the asus isnt for sale in the u.s. that I know of.
If you do not care about tualatin support then the non-tualatin versions of the boards would be
abit sa6r,gigabyte ga-60xe, asus cusl2. If your budget is tight the abit vh62.
