can anyone tell me if you can wrap the pins on a celeron 800 or 850 for extra voltage like on the 633 and 566 chips?

Of course, it can be done to all coppermine CPUs. The critical thing is to FIRST determine what your default voltage is and proceed accordingly. What I'm saying is, that a C-566 was never made in the cC0 stepping, so it has a different default voltage, so you can't wrap the same pins. You need to study the chart to tell you which pins to wrap depending on the default voltage of your particular CPU. This is absolutely critical and I can't stress it enough. Once you think you got it figured out, post here again if you want and I'd be happy to double check to make sure we both arrive at the same conclusions.

Hi gprz,
I did it on my C2 600 for 1.65v (standard was 1.5v) and after modded into Bios for final 1.80/1.85V.
I founded interestig info into the article BumpThatVoltage on http://hardocp.com/
but like batoy say be carefull and look the specs of your Cpu on the Intel website.
