Slowly up the FSB until your system gets unstable. Increase the core voltage to increase stability. Whenever possible, use your dividers to get the PCI bus as close to 33mhz and the AGP bus to 66mhz

You'll be allot happier and your PC faster if you read through the tips section, get yourself some background knowledge as theres more to this then upping FSB and CV but yep those are the basics. Remember good cooling is the key to a succeful overclock.

I agree with both above posts, especially outhouse....always monitor temps, thats crucial to success in the OCing world. If you haven't got any temp monitoring program yet, you can get MBM (mother board monitor 5) from tweakfiles.com ("http://www.tweakfiles.com/diagnostic/motherboardmonitor.html). If your getting high temps, consider better cooling (cpu or case or both) before proceeding any higher. Good luck and read the newbie basics guides on the main page, there is a wealth of knowledge there. :)
