i finally achieved my goal. p!!! 700 at 1016,2.05vcore. total 11 fans in case.
32c. system/32c. cpu idle. 38c. system/40c. cpu at 100% utilisation.

>>>only 34dba(radioshack meter) 1 foot directely in front of case.<<<

i just couldnt stand the delta anymore, so i did this.
it is not completely silent. but my air conditioner is much louder.
im not even gonna try to make it quieter its not worth it.
this is a good balance of tempurture and noise(silence?).

what do ya'll think. did i do good?
i dont think air cooling gets much better than this.

now im really having fun,
sendatooli.

wow! thats a great overclock.... did you do all that with the 11 fans, or did you hook the air conditioner up to the comp?

thank you! the whole setup seems to be resting on one of the case fans. it is teetering on being unstable. i will get rid of several of the fans today in favor of 1 120mm fan on the case side. instead of the current 92mm. this should do the trick. when i shut off that one fan it instantly overheats. i wonder how much it has to do with the fact that this room is only 60 degrees farenheit.
(not by choice,long story).
the funny thing was i was actually dissapointed. since i saw some people got over 1200mhz out of this chip. well i guess that is extreme.
well anyways im just happy to chuck the screamin' delta.

happy overclocking,
sendatooli.
