I was browsing some serial/crack sites and after I was done I noticed something got installed w/o my consent. I have no idea how to get rid of it. Heres what it looks like:

www.stargazersurge.com/files/wtf.jpg - Notice the 3 worthless icons to the right: SEARCH, ENTERTAINMENT, PILLS, SECURITY and SEARCH again.

What happens is that everytime I enter a url that doesnt require the www. prefix instead of GOING to the page it goes there. I updated windows and before I updated it went to some goddamn viagra site....anyway I've look through IE's registry entries and haven't found anything that APPEARED to have anything to do with it. I have also uninstalled IE (from the uninstall windows components area) and reinstalled and nothing. Anyone got any ideas?
