I doubt M$ will pay any attention to that.

It only has 650+ signatures.. it's going to need thousands upon thousands... and it doesn't help that the petition looks like it was written by a 12 year old, either.

As far as my 2 cents worth on the Mechwarrior series... It was great up until the release of MW4. Still today on that game people are only using "Daishi" mechs with Large Lasers and Gauss Rifles... it's also annoying how most games are unlimited ammo and no heat management. It's just not fun, not to mention the campaign (the cutscene acting is laughable) is sloppy and boring.

It will never be like MW2 again. Those were some good times... if only Fasa and Activision were still around with the franchise. Wizkids and M$ just suck.

Yeah I kinda lost interest in the Mechwarrior series after MW2 Mercs. I just hope they can come out with a good product with MW5. That is assuming they are gonna do a MW5. Maybe, just MAYBE they will make a comeback.

i agree 100%.i like MW3 and still play every once in awhile.
MW4 killed one of my favorite parts of the series the mechbay.

I got MW4 and was really disapointed with it as well. Graphics were nice and that was about it. (for it's time anyway)

Perhaps if they do a MW5 it will be focused more around UT2k4. Like you can get into other mech's during game play.

omg, dude. there is a thing called spell checker! use it. no one will pay any attention to something like. and where are you from, cause i really hope english isnt your first language. you used the word "our" when you needed "are"... theres a big difference.....
now im not saying that i can spell for a darn, but then again, im not trying to change microsofts mind about anything.....

I feel the same way. MW2 was the last time I enjoyed a game in the series. They either need to go back to their roots, or just let the series die with its remaining dignity.

I have always enjoyed MW4, as long as it was CTF. I still currently play MW4 Mercs with the ctf mod. Of course Ive been in a CTF clan for the past few years so that kinda has something to do with my longevity in the game.

Ive been playing Mechwarrior since MW2 and I personally think MW4 is the the best one to date. BUT it does depend on weither your playing the missions or online against others. Also weither your playing ctf, team attrition, etc. . My clan has had a big role in keeping the ctf part of MW4 (and especially in Mercs) alive. Personally though, without ctf I would have stopped playing MW4 along time ago.

OMG Mechwarrior 2 and the expansion pack kicked some major arse. I loved that game and the two clans Jade Falcon and wolf something. The coolest was the library that each clan had in their hall. I read everything in it and wanted more. Too bad they got lazy. :D

Anyways, my fav was merceneries. That was some meching fun.:cool:
