Congrats! How long did you Prime before you deemed it stable? What are your load temps?

wow, that's one helluva O/C on your video card
if you wanna go higher than 1.825v on vcore, there's an easy mod you can do to get more(in case you don't know)

Yea, I really like my Video card. I used a Tt Duct mod to direct air from the bottom fan on my case door to the V.C., it blows on it dead center.
The Raptor is in & it flys !!

I put a fan on the N/B heatsink, which allowed me to go a little further & I am now @ 2662 mhz (12.5 X 213), Vcore @ 1.825 , Vdimm @ 2.8, Ran prime for 12 hours & temps never got above 42. I only have 1006 bios , but ordered a new bios chip today with Uber 1007, I'll try for more when it comes in.
I thought about getting a new DFI board...........not, this Asus is FINE !!!
2600 @ 2662 mhz Mobile + ASUS A7N8X + 10,000 Raptor = Speed

i added 20mhz to my bus by upping the northbridge voltage, if you're already having NB cooling issues i dunno about that though.

First off that’s a great O\C but have you tried lowering the Vcore a little and seeing how far you can push it at a lower voltage?

Secondly Sentential, what’s this about the new 2800+ in June?! I hadn’t heard anything about that at all, god I’m out of the loop sometimes! Do you have a link to this news? Something with some specs or anything, or do you know any yourself?

Thanks for the info!

One of those reports has the new Mobile AMD 64 2800+ ear marked for a $192 retail cost though, that seems pretty steep considering it's a mobile chip and it'd be a good $100 (give or take $10) more than it's closes mobile brethren at market right now. New tech and all I guess, but still for people looking to get a chip at a low cost simple to O\C the hell out of without fear of destroying a high cost item a $200 price tag is really going to make the gap between the 2600+ and the 2800+ seem a lot more noticeable.

64-bit is the wave of the future and all but just a price jump. *sigh*
